Mr. Saroj Kumar Ray, an accomplished Assistant Professor in Food Production, brings over 14 years of teaching expertise from leading hospitality institutions. Since 2016, he has been an integral part of the faculty at the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, where he has made significant contributions to the field of hospitality education. Mr. Ray holds a Master's degree in Hotel Management from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar. He is also a certified trainer accredited by the Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) under the Government of Odisha. Complementing his academic career, Mr. Ray has six years of professional experience with prestigious five-star hotel chains, including the Kenilworth Group of Hotels and the Swosti Group of Hotels, along with other renowned properties across India. To further enhance his expertise, he has successfully completed a Faculty Development Program at SOA University, Bhubaneswar.

Ms. Pooja Saha

Ms. Pooja Saha is a distinguished Lecturer in English and Ancillary Studies, currently associated with the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar. She holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Fakir Mohan University and has a robust academic foundation. Her professional development includes participation in a Faculty Development Program conducted by Gokul Global University and the MM-TTP program organized by the University Grants Commission through IGNOU-MM-TTC.

Ms. Laxmi Dhal

Ms. Laxmi Dhal, with 7–8 years of experience in renowned hotels like Park Hyatt Hyderabad and Citrus Cunningham, is an accomplished Front Office professional. She holds a Bachelor's in Tourism and Hospitality Services and an Executive Post Graduate certification in HRM from LIBA. Currently serving as a Front Office faculty at IMB School of Hospitality, she brings expertise gained from roles like Associate, Supervisor, and L&D Coordinator, along with prior teaching experience.
